I love the different cats and how their colors unlock different parts of the map. The minimal pixel art is adorable. The jump mechanics seem a bit forced. Maybe some sort of buffer to change the velocity slightly while falling might make the jumping smoother. Otherwise, I found your game lots of fun to play!

well, got stuck in the "Iwashere" hole. with no way to restart or anything, new game it is :-/
Echoing this. Sudden game-ending in what was otherwise a kind of delightful game until that point is such a shame, and killed my desire to finish it.
glad you liked the game before falling into the pit :) updated version has a secret passage to get out of it
yeah, i agree. it was a bad idea to make it a complete dead end. i fixed it in a new version by adding a secret passage to escape the pit
Game locks up when i press 'Q', but music keeps playing. Had to reload the webpage. Nice little snack for the lowrezjam.
